Happy New Year!

As we embark upon a New Year and leave 2008 behind let us remember that none of this would be possible without the ones that trekked the hard road and laid down the foundation for us to hang our hats on.  Look at the coming year as an open opportunity.  The slate is clean, no marks upon the days.  This is an open window that you can begin to make your mark upon the lives of thousands of patients, other collegues and souls that may or may not have heard what Specific ChiropracTIC is.  You have the responsibility to tell the story in the way it was written or to tell your 'version' of the story, the later being the one that is the easiest to do, yet is not always the most appropriate.  If you stay to the wording of the original writings, even tho more difficult, you will preserve the foundation and allow others to build upon the correct structure.  If you use your version for whatever reason, others can only build upon your story, and not THE story. 

Tell THE story, if you dont know THE story, ask someone who does.  Pick up a book and read THE story, pass the book along to someone who does not know, yet is aspiring to know.  Don't use your words, RESPECT the original writing and author enough to use the words he chose.  For to use your words is showing dis-respect to the author.

Remember when the clock strikes midnight, the slate is clean for the new year, and each choice from that minute on you make is the what will determine how much you respect the principle, the story, the author and all of the ones who have preserved and protected the truth of what we know as Specific TIC.

TIC - Economics 101

What will you do through this era that ones around are calling ‘hard times?’  Will you bow your head and say that patients do not understand?  Will you begin to think of how you can save or penny pinch?  Or will you turn this brief occasion into a distinct point in time that will allow you to show how you are successful in your thinking?  The later is the most apropos way you should handle your office environment, your home environment and your social environment.

Recently we had someone contact us for coaching and they were relaying to me the amount of stress they were under due to the economics that they are incurring in the field.  After a brief time of listening, and letting them vent, I replied to them that they are more focused on the things that mean nothing to them, than they are focusing on what it is THEY DO!  After explaining that if they put as much energy and concern into the day with forward motion in expanding and elaborating on the principle, then the principle would be able to favor them and give a return that could be very advantageous through this crisis time.  I explained that when they begin their day, everyday, they begin with a thought that no-one will defeat them, that their thoughts will be filled with positive, focused, principled thoughts, then they will have more productive thoughts and more fruitful engagements.  If one continues to lavish and baste in the worldly misconducts then they become more in alignment with the misjudgments than they would if they veered clear of that non-sense and maintained a pure, yet principled thought pattern.  This would lead them to conduct their motions so their actions which will be productive and aggressive in the power of understanding what the KNOW is in KNOWledge.  Without this knowledge, one cannot and will not be able to ever grasp a hold what is that they need to be doing.  And in doing this erratic, non-directional movement, you will get lost in the wrong direction.  This can only be corrected by staying next to the principle, hanging near to the ones that truly KNOW that they KNOW.  Then producing thoughts that will generate success by allowing your inner self to open and flourish with a plethora of deep, innate wisdom.  This wisdom never lies. 

Focus on this wee small voice and dig deep in these thoughts.  When you do you will see that the outside world that is affecting everyone else, will allow you to reach further than you ever have before and will acknowledge the depths of what the needs of these people are.  These needs are what you need to nurture and begin to bring into your office and allow them to see that what you have to offer is the true necessity of their well being and they must have what you offer.  Show your true inner self and you will begin to see how successful you will be, even in this crisis.
